The environment at a corporate is very much different when compared to a regular place of learning. I've worked with one for a small period of time, and i disliked the atmosphere.

Is it that the seniors are people from heaven and they can't stoop down to the level of freshers? Do the former have to act dominant and haughty all the time?

Is there some reason behind this, or am i being a dud here?
