At times, i like coloured lights blinking against a dark background. So when the surroundings of Palace Grounds were decked with lights on account of the Global Investors' Meet, i wanted to see it. For the brightness and the jazz they portray.

Of course, i didn't see it. I knew that i couldn't. But i wish i could have.
