After having read Tom Clancy, Micheal Crichton and Dan Brown (no Alistair MacLean), i get this feeling that Brown can narrate better.

I know we've had only five books from Brown, and yes, i haven't read The Lost Symbol. Maybe, this is because Brown is relatively new, and we fancy new stuff. I liked Crichton too (i've read only one, i think).
