When i am critical on things, does my sense of cynicism contribute to the criticism?

As i go around my city, notice things, sarcasm overrules everything on my mind for that instant. And then i say, maybe i can talk about this sarcastically. But, if there was scorn and ridicule, there wouldn't be space for anything sweet and gay. Would there be?
