VET IN A SPIN

An enjoyable book. And quite like All Things Birght and Beautiful. The author Herriot, i think, writes about his vet practice and his experinces with Yorkshire Dalesmen in most of his books. This is the second that i read. The novel starts off in a different plot altogether and is revisited at the beginning of every chapter from where the author recounts his Yorkshire tales.

In my opinion the story at the beginning was not required at all. One is not reminded of it untill one reads a fresh chapter. And then you tend to wonder where this fits in.
