Amongst the various sounds i like, the sound of flowing water is pleasant. And that of falling water (not from a great height). The 'tap tap' (or 'tup tup' if you prefer) of water filling a container already containing some water is also nice to listen to. A rhythm is followed. Pearly drops descend down at regular intervals. Beautiful to pay attention to, if tiredness is at you, at times.
