In a country where inflation makes the poor poorer and the rich richer, how does a GDP of 8.0, increasing FDI and bulls ruling the stocks matter? Did we want globalisation and urbanisation to end up so?

I quite didn't comprehend the above statement so regularly used by financial analysts, social think tanks, the like. But, the present inflation did make me realise this.

At that point of time i remembered a scene from To Kill a Mockingbird where Scout ask Atticus whether they are poor. I then thought of telling my mother that we could survive on tomato rasa for some time. And yes, the next time i cook bele saaru, i should be critical about the amount of bele i add.
