Another book on Hitler and the persecution of Jews. But, on a different aspect altogether. Professor von Benda, a celebrated urologist plays the protagonist here. The book talks about a conference which aims at rescuing (buying) Jews from Austria and other Nazi occupied countries. It's based on true facts and real characters. The logic behind paying $250 for a Jew is quite surprising. It talks politics but in a subtle manner.
It's an ok book. Quite readable.
