Obama and Nobel

I had planned to write on something else. But. There is something else that i have to mention now.

I was sitting at work, when somebody announced 'Obama got the Nobel Prize for peace'. The rest of us instantly saw/read the breaking news. You know, this is one instance when this term can be really used. Quite apt.

Needless to say, i was apalled. Obama gets the Nobel prize for efforts in trying to bring peace to the middle-east. WOW!! Now, isn't that the best joke of the year?!
